When a group of well-meaning white educators tries to create a culturally sensitive and historically accurate elementary school play about the first Thanksgiving\, their best intentions lead to a series of comically misguided choices. Punctuated by real-life\, historically offensive Thanksgiving songs sourced from educators and social media\, the play exposes the tension between good intentions and cultural awareness. \nThis production is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French\, Inc. www.concordtheatricals.com \nThis show is for adult audiences only (17+). \nTickets: $15 for General Admission\, $10 for UNC Asheville Faculty/Staff\, and $5 UNC Asheville students \nPurchase Tickets in Advance \n\nAccessibility\nUNC Asheville is committed to providing universal access to all of our events.
